SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are unable to ship orders to addresses outside the UK.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: Free on every order
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: £2.95
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is fully insured while in transit, giving you extra peace of mind.

Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched and are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to high demand, bad weather or delays within the courier network.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

PRICES AND TAXES

All prices on our website are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. As we only deliver within the UK, there are no customs or import charges to pay on delivery.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@purelonavi.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will usually leave a card or send a notification explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, please get in touch and we will help arrange a solution.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@purelonavi.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of any damage. We will investigate with the courier and make sure the issue is resolved.
