Throughout the site, the terms "PURELONAVI", "we", "us" and "our" refer to TRENDZZ LTD.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully before using the site or placing an order.

SECTION 1: USING OUR WEBSITE

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS

PURELONAVI sells leather travel accessories. We do our best to show the colours, textures and details of our products as accurately as possible. Because leather is a natural material, every piece can have small variations in grain, shade and markings. These are part of the character of real leather and are not considered defects. The colours you see may also vary slightly depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or change product descriptions at any time.

SECTION 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in British pounds (GBP). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Payments are handled by secure third party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

SECTION 4: ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify your payment, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

SECTION 5: DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, timescales and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6: YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

SECTION 7: FAULTY ITEMS

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@purelonavi.com and we will put it right.

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the terms will remain in full effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
